Orders will typically take a week after the day your order was placed to arrive in your inbox. If for any reason it should take longer I will send an update via email!

I can offer refunds/cancel your order if I haven’t begun your looks yet. If I have already started your order I cannot offer refunds as of right now.

Absolutely! Please mention it when filling out your form for your order and I will do my best do have your expedited looks sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your submission. An additional $15 will be added to your total.

As of right now, no. However, I am in the process of allowing clients to receive a discount on their next order if they refer me to a friend/family member and they place their first order with me. More updates to come soon!
